Hypnotherapy
Hypnotherapy can be divided into two main methodologies; suggestion work and analysis. The method chosen for each client will be the one most appropriate for their needs and the therapy tailored to be of the most benefit.
Both types of therapy involve being hypnotised, which is when you are gently relaxed while following the sound of my voice and music. Hypnosis is a completely natural state and there is no such thing as a hypnotised feeling as it is different for everyone. Although, there are common sensations such as feeling so relaxed that your body feels either very light or very heavy.
Hypnosis greatly aids analysis because once hypnotised you are far more able to tap into your subconscious as well as recall memories and past feelings. This then allows you to deal with them in a safe gentle environment and resolve past issues and move forward with your life.
Being so relaxed also allows you to take on more positive ways of thinking through suggestion. This can be in any aspect of your life including; increased self-confidence, reduced stress and generally enhancing feelings of positivity.
Hypnotherapy is a completely safe form of therapy. The client remains in control at all times but has the guidance of a professional therapist to help them to where they want to be.
SymbioDynamics™
SymbioDynamics™ was developed by Terence Watts, an experience hypnotherapist, a respected lecturer and the author of several therapy books. He developed SymbioDynamics as a way to help people develop and maximise their full capabilities, with the belief that most people only utilise a small fraction of their natural abilities. SymbioDynamics and M.A.G.I.C! for Minds™ are designed to help harness the potential for success and create a balance of being.

Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP)
Neuro Linguistic Programming is an effective methodology centred around communication and change. It's a study of how to think and communicate more effectively with yourself and others. It can be used to make rapid changes in all areas of your life and is the route to get the results that you want. It was founded in the early 1970's by a linguist, John Grinder, and a student of psychology, Richard Bandler, who wanted to study the way the mind works. They did this by modelling the behaviours of very successful people and through this they developed NLP, which some people call the study of human excellence.
Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)
EFT was created by Gary Craig in the mid 1990's and is based on the theory that negative emotions cause disturbances in the body's energy field. In EFT a technique of tapping on the meridians is used, while the client is thinking about the unpleasant memory or emotion, which alters the body's energy field and restores the balance.
Reiki
Reiki is often translated as 'Universal Life Energy'. This energy, which can be referred to as 'chi', is used as part of a healing system, which involves channelling the energy and then using it to clear and balance the body, mind and spirit. Reiki is not attached to any religion or belief system, although the Reiki system originated from Mikao Usui, a Japanese Buddhist. Reiki creates harmony and healing and helps us to function at our full potential.
